1118.02 APPLICABILITY.

This regulation shall apply to all residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities responsible for discharges to the MS4 and on any lands in the City of Wickliffe, except for those discharges generated by the activities detailed in Section 1118.07(a)(l) to (a)(3) of this regulation.
