1162.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed, upon conviction of the first offense, guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined no more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) and/or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both. Any person convicted of a subsequent violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Such persons shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, every day or portions thereof, during which any violation of the provisions of this chapter is committed, permitted or contained.
