163.03 ADDITIONAL MEMBERS; TERMS.

In addition to the eight members appointed pursuant to Section 163.02, the two additional members of the Park and Recreation Commission shall be selected as follows:

(a) Each year the City School Board shall select one of its members to serve on the Park and Recreation Commission for a one-year term.

(b) Each year Council shall select one of its members to serve on the Park and Recreation Commission for a one-year term.
