157.01 FEE FOR EXAMINATION.

(a) There is hereby established a fee of one dollar ($1.00) for the filing of an application to take a Civil Service examination for appointment to the Police or Fire Department in the City.

(b) Such fee shall be paid to the Civil Service Commission at the time of the taking of the examination.

(c) Any sums collected by the Civil Service Commission shall be turned over to the Director of Finance for deposit in the General Fund.
