(a) The City of Wickliffe hereby recognizes the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 1536, AFL-CIO, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment for all full-time employees employed in the Wickliffe Fire Department occupying the positions of fireman, Lieutenant and Officer In Charge excluding all part-time, seasonal, temporary and probationary employees. All other City employees are excluded from the bargaining unit and such representation. Such recognition shall continue for a term not longer than provided by law.
(b) Any notices pursuant to collective bargaining shall be served upon whomever may be the current president of Local 1536. (Ord. 2003-54. Passed 9-8-03.)
