145.04 DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a Drug Law Enforcement Fund to be funded pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J) and (K), which shall be appropriated as provided by law.

(b) The Director of Finance shall request the Auditor of State for approval and permission, as necessary, to establish a Drug Law Enforcement Fund.
