145.03 FEE FOR DUPLICATING MATERIAL.

There shall be a fee of one dollar ($1.00) per page of any material duplicated by the City. The fee shall be paid at the time such copy or copies are requested.

All fees received pursuant to this section shall be paid over to the Director of Finance and placed in the General Fund.
