There is hereby established the position of Assistant Prosecutor who shall be appointed by Council. The Assistant Prosecutor shall perform the duties of Police Prosecutor and shall prosecute all matters arising from the violation of City ordinances and State law; shall attend all Planning Commission meetings; and such other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Law.
