Any buildings and any tract of land may be used, and the use of any buildings and any tract of land may be changed or extended, and any existing building may be altered, converted, enlarged, reconstructed, moved or maintained, for any use permitted or required by the regulations for the district in which the building or tract of land is located. Any use not specifically permitted, even though defined, herein, shall be prohibited unless approved in accordance with the standards set forth herein as a similar use or an accessory use, or unless the Zoning Ordinance is amended. The use, change, extension, alteration, conversion, enlargement, reconstruction, relocation or maintenance shall be subject to all lot area and yard regulations, building area, coverage and height regulations, off-street parking, sign regulations and all other regulations set forth or referred to for the district in which the building or land is located and to all other applicable regulations of this Zoning Ordinance.
