123.06 POSTING NECESSARY.

It is necessary for Council to determine the five of the most public places in the City for posting ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law, by the City Charter or by ordinance to be published since no newspaper is printed in the City as defined by law.
