123.04 VOTE TAKEN BY "YEAS" AND "NAYS".

Whenever required by the City Charter or the laws of the State all actions of Council shall be by ordinance or resolution and on the passage or adoption of each ordinance or resolution the vote shall be taken by "yeas" and "nays" and entered by the Clerk of Council

on the Council Journal.
