197.01 LEVY.

There is hereby levied an annual license tax, at the rate of five dollars ($5.00) per motor vehicle, on all motor vehicles within the district of registration of which is in the City of Wickliffe, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.17.2 therein, with collection of same to commence on October 1, 2003.
