The Planning Commission shall consider applications for a Conditional Use Permit to construct towers or telecommunications facilities in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1331 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wickliffe and all applicable laws of the United States and the State of Ohio to include the standards and requirements of this Chapter.
