The following is the order of priority for the location of towers:
(a) New placement of any and all wireless telecommunication antennas must be co- located on existing towers and/or existing wireless telecommunication towers and/or other comparable towers.
(b) New wireless telecommunication towers are to be located on public owned land and/or public right-of-ways and shall be subject to the regulations set forth in this Chapter in the following priority:
(1) City owned property
(2) County owned property
(3) State owned property
(c) Wireless Telecommunication antennas and/or towers are a lawful use in nonresidential districts as defined in Chapter 1305 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Wickliffe so long as they are part of an existing wireless communication structure and shall be subject to the regulations set forth in this Chapter.
(d) New wireless telecommunication towers are permitted in districts other than residential districts only if said tower is two hundred feet from residential property and subject to the regulations set forth in this Chapter.
