1167.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; PLANS REQUIRED.
   The owner or part owner or any occupant or lessee who has permission from the owner of any lot, premises or parcel of land within the City, who desires to construct or erect a satellite dish earth station in excess of three feet in diameter at such location shall apply to the Building Commissioner for a permit. The Commissioner may issue such permit, provided the applicant submits a written application upon forms provided by the Building Division along with a plot plan drawn to scale, of the lot, premises or parcel of land, showing: the exact location and dimensions of the proposed earth station and the location and dimensions of all buildings on the subject lot; location of the buildings on adjacent lots and their use; a description of the kind of earth station dish proposed; and three complete sets of construction plans, drawn to scale, as required by the Building Division including, specifications and elevations of the proposed location with sufficient details to show the method of assembly and construction. Each set of plans and specifications shall show the complete name and address of the subject property owner and the complete name and address of the person who prepared the plans and specifications. The application shall indicate the owner or owners of the subject property, the occupancy of subject premises and the contractor or other person who will construct or erect the proposed satellite dish earth station. All construction plans shall be certified with a professional engineer’s stamp.
