Every corporation, copartnership, association or individual, or agent thereof who violates or disregards any provision of this chapter, and whoever assists in the commission of any violation shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
