(a) All permit fees, rules and regulations relating to Chapter 1161 - Signs, shall be reviewed by the Building Commissioner and approved by Council of the City of Wickliffe; and thereafter be prepared, established, and published by the City of Wickliffe Building Department.
(b) Application for permits shall be made by the owner or lessee of the property upon which a sign and/or sandwich board sign is proposed and submitted on forms required by the City of Wickliffe Building Department.
(c) The Building Department shall authorize the issuance of permits required by this chapter and shall collect the fees therefor in accordance with the following schedule:
Freestanding signs | $70.00 + $35.00 each face+ $.50/square foot |
Wall, canopy, window, roof | 70.00 + 35.00 each face+ .50/square foot |
Real estate development | 30.00 + 15.00 each face+ .50/square foot |
Temporary signs | 40.00 |
