The parking of motor vehicles upon the premises on which any building is unoccupied shall be prohibited and the owner shall post upon such premises signs at his expense setting forth the prohibition of parking, within thirty days upon receipt of notice by the Building Commissioner. The Chief of Police shall designate or approve such signs and designate the location thereof. Failure to post signs by the owner shall cause the City to post the necessary signs at the expense of the owner.
Police officers are authorized to provide for the removal of any vehicles under the provisions of this section and Section 303.08 of the Codified Ordinances.
