1159.02 RIGHT OF ENTRY.

The Building Commissioner shall have free access at any reasonable hour upon showing appropriate identification when a building is occupied, to inspect, examine and survey any building, dwelling or structure located within the Municipality, when he has probable cause to believe it is unsafe or insecure and therefore dangerous to the inhabitants of the Municipality.
