1158.18 REPORT OF VIOLATION.

Any person may file a complaint in regard to an alleged violation of the provisions of this Residential Building Maintenance Code. All such complaints shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Commissioner of Building, who shall promptly record and investigate such complaint.
