1158.15 INSPECTION.

The Commissioner of Building is hereby authorized to make or cause to be made inspections on all dwelling structure exteriors or premises and on all accessory building exteriors, to determine whether such structures or premises conform to the provisions of this Residential Building Maintenance Code.
