Swimming pools shall be permitted in residential districts, provided the following conditions are complied with:
(a) In one-family and two-family districts, the pool, including walks and decks, shall not:
(1) Be installed or erected in front of any building setback line.
(2) Occupy an area greater than ten percent of the lot area.
(3) Be nearer to any lot line than the accessory uses permitted in such districts.
(b) In multi-family districts, the pool, including walks and decks, shall not:
(1) Be installed or erected in front of any building setback line.
(2) Occupy an area greater than ten percent of the lot area.
(3) Be nearer than thirty feet from the main wall, not nearer than twenty feet from a secondary wall of a multi-family dwelling.
