1155.05 PERMIT; FEE.

No mechanical garbage disposer or garbage incinerator shall be installed without first obtaining a permit from the Building Commissioner. The fee for the permit is one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) for each mechanical disposer or garbage incinerator.
