1153.04 REPAIR OF STREET OR SIDEWALK.

All curbing, paving or hard surface of any street damaged during the construction of a building or as a result of such construction shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the Building Commissioner, his assistant or to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Streets.
