There is established an Inner Fire District in the City, the limits of which shall be as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Euclid Avenue at Euclid Avenue’s most westerly point in this City, that is, at the dividing line of Lake County and Cuyahoga County; thence south at right angles 200 feet; thence easterly parallel with the center line of Euclid Avenue to the easterly lot lines of Harding Drive; thence north at right angles to the center line of Euclid Avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Euclid Avenue to the easterly corporate line of Wickiffe; thence north at right angles 200 feet; thence westerly parallel with the center line of Euclid Avenue to the westerly line of Lake County; thence south along the westerly line of Lake County to the place of beginning.
