1113.04 EXAMINATION FOR LICENSE.

The Building Commissioner shall examine all applicants for license as master plumber or sewer tapper, and the examination shall be of a nature and character as to fairly test the knowledge of the applicant of the essentials of the business in which he intends to engage.
