1113.03 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; BOND.
   Each applicant for license as a master plumber or sewer tapper shall file with the Building Commissioner a written application which shall state the applicant’s name and residence, his business address, his experience in the business in which he intends to engage, and any other information the Building Commissioner may require.
   The application shall be accompanied by a bond made payable to the City, in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) with sureties to the approval of the Building Commissioner, conditioned that the applicant will indemnify and save harmless the City and the inhabitants thereof from any and all damages on account of negligence or inadequate or faulty work upon the part of the applicant, his servants or employees, or on account of his or their failure to comply with the regulations of the City and the State relating to the same.
