1112.09 DISPOSITION OF FEES; RECORDS.

The Building Commissioner is authorized and directed to receive the fees established in this chapter and, under the supervision of the Director of Finance, he shall keep an accurate record and accounting of all the fees received. The fees received shall be deposited in the accounts of the City for inclusion in the General Fund.
