The Building Commissioner shall issue a renewal certificate of registration to any contractor who has been issued an original certificate of registration; has updated his original application by making any changes that have occurred in the information contained on his original application; has renewed his bond and offers evidence of continuing liability insurance coverage in the same amounts and form as is required for issuance of an original certificate of registration; has tendered payment for the renewal certificate of registration fee in the amount set forth in Section 1112.05; and where the contractor's records of work in the City does not show repeated violations of the Building Code of the City, this to be determined by the Building Commissioner.
