Each application for a building permit for a new structure addition, or alteration of existing structure shall be accompanied by two sets of plans. Fees for review of plans shall be as follows:
(a) Minimum fee for nonresidential plans $120.00 plus $20.00 for each 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof to a maximum of $1,000.00.
(b) New residential homes | $220.00 |
(c) Residential additions/alterations | 120.00 |
(d) Residential garages | 60.00 |
