1109.17 MOVING A BUILDING; BOND.
   (a)   No person shall move or cause to be moved any building through any street without the written permission of the Building Commissioner, and no person moving any building shall permit it to stand on any street, lane, alley or public ground for a longer period than three days, and in no case shall it prevent or interfere with the operation of traffic, without a special permit covering the right to do so.
   (b)   For moving any building or other structure the permit fee is fifty dollars ($50.00).
   (c)   Before any permit is issued allowing the moving of any building along any route, the applicant must furnish a bond satisfactory to the Building Commissioner providing for the payment of any damages which may occur to any tree, pavement, street or sidewalk or to any pole or telephone, telegraph or light wire for which repair the City may be held responsible, whether the damage is inflicted by the permit holder or his agents, employees or workmen. The bond shall hold the City harmless against any liability, judgment, damage, cost and expense which may in any way accrue against the City in consequence of granting the permit or the performance of any work thereunder.
