1109.16 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (a)   Each applicant for a certificate of occupancy shall be furnished with a printed application form. The Building Commissioner shall maintain his office a record of all applications and of all certificates of occupancy issued by him.

   (b)   A fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) shall be charged for each certificate of occupancy. (Ord. 2017-28. Passed 6-26-17.)
   (c)   The Building Commissioner is hereby empowered to examine and inspect any building or structure and further to issue a removal order where he finds that a building or structure is used before the issuance of a certificate of occupancy where one is required.
   (d)   All persons or corporations occupying or using any building or structure, together with the owner and any person or corporation who was employed as a building or contractor for any construction or alteration where a certificate of occupancy is required but has not been issued, shall be deemed in violation of the mandates or directives set forth in any order of the Building Commissioner and/or of the provisions of this section or Section 1303.70.
