(a) Wiring. The minimum fee for any electrical permit is five dollars ($5.00) to which shall be added the following charges for each unit installed or altered:
(1) For each lighting outlet or receptacle outlet, except as otherwise provided:
First 50 $.25
Over 50 .10
(2) For each lighting fixture, except as otherwise provided:
First 50 $.25
Over 50 .05
(3) When fixtures contain more than four fluorescent or other similar electrical discharge type tubes, each four tubes shall be deemed a separate lighting fixture.
(4) Each four lineal feet of continuous neon or similar tubing shall be deemed a separate lighting fixture.
(5) Outlets installed twenty-four inches or less on centers as in strip lighting, marquee lighting, footlights, etc., ten cents (10¢) each.
(b) Motors and Generators. The permit fee for the first motor or generator less than one horsepower is one dollar ($1.00); for one to five horsepower, two dollars ($2.00); for over five horsepower, three dollars ($3.00) and one dollar ($1.00) for each additional motor or generator.
(c) Furnace, Stove, Rectifier, Welder. The permit fee for each electric furnace, stove, rectifier, or welder is two dollars ($2.00).
