(a) The minimum fee for a plumbing permit shall be sixty dollars ($60.00), to which shall be added twenty dollars ($20.00) for each unit installed or replaced, such as: lavatory; water closet; tub; sink; laundry tray; each three feet or fraction thereof of wash sink, urinal, perimeter floor drain, area drain, refrigerator drain; dishwasher; disposal; water filter; inside leader stack; sump pump addition or replacement; hot water tank addition or replacement; or any other fixture listed in this chapter.
