1109.09 GARAGES OR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.

(a) The permit fee for a garage shall be five dollars ($5.00) for each 100 square feet of floor area or fraction thereof, with a minimum fee of eighty dollars ($80.00).

(b) The permit fee for a tool shed or similar structure shall be sixty dollars ($60.00). (Ord. 2017-28. Passed 6-26-17.)
