1107.06 CONFLICTS.

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair Chapters 1106 and 1109, but is deemed to be supplemental thereto. Wherever this chapter and Chapters 1106 and 1109, or any other valid ordinance, building code or restriction, conflict or overlap, the more stringent restriction shall prevail.
