1107.05 PROVISION FOR DRAINAGE OF SURFACE WATER REQUIRED.

In addition to the requirements of this chapter or of any ordinance adopted by the City, wherever the site plan filed under Section 1107.01 fails to indicate a method of positive draining of surface water from the lot, the City Engineer shall notify the applicant of such failure and the applicant shall be required to correct such deficiency before resubmission for approval.
