1105.05 EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   The Building Commissioner shall pass upon all questions relating to the strength and durability of buildings and materials, or either, and shall examine, approve or cause to be examined and approved, all plans and specifications filed with applications for permits before permits are issued; provided however, that the Building Commissioner shall not modify in any way site plans, parking plans, elevations of buildings, drainage plans and specifications, fences, landscape features, access drives, buffer zones, and any other conditions which may have been approved by the Planning Commission, without first submitting such modifications to the Planning Commission for its approval.
