Council shall determine fees for service of the cemetery of the City, including but not limited to, foundation rates, columbarium niche sales, and interment, after receiving the recommendation of the Board of Cemetery Trustees. These fees include, but are not limited to the following: price per niche for resident and non-resident; maintenance charge for resident and non-resident; contract and deed filing fee; interment charge for weekday or Saturday before 3:00 p.m.; disinterment charges and transfer fees; scattering garden prices; engraving fees. Copies of columbarium niche pricing and scattering garden pricing shall be available at Wickliffe City Hall, Department of Public Service.
