(a) The Board of Cemetery Trustees shall consist of six electors of the City of Wickliffe who shall be appointed by the Mayor, said appointment subject to a majority of Council, and one member of Council to be selected by Council for such term as Council shall determine.
(b) Such members who are electors of the City of Wickliffe shall be appointed to serve a term of four years. Vacancies shall be filled for unexpired terms.
(c) After each meeting of the Board of Cemetery Trustees, the Board shall submit a written report to Council of the actions taken at that meeting.
