935.025 WILLOWICK AND WILLOUGHBY HILLS SANITARY SEWER SERVICE FEES

   (a)   The City of Willowick shall hereafter be charged by the City of Wickliffe a sanitary sewer fee as follows:

 

Effective date:	April 1, 2023
	$5.77 per 100 cu.ft.

   (b)   The City of Willoughby Hills shall hereafter by charged by the City of Wickliffe a sanitary sewer service fee as follows:

 

Effective date:	January 1, 2022
	$1.60 per 1000 cu.ft.

   (c)   The City Engineer is hereby authorized to notify the City of Willowick and the City of Willoughby Hills of such increase and to commence collection of such sewer service fees and/or to cause such fees to be paid to the City.
