745.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, including the submission of a false application shall be fined of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both, and shall be further subject to automatic revocation of any permit issued hereunder.
