Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor with a maximum fine of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the first offense. For any subsequent offense, the penalty shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Maximum jail time shall be thirty (30) days and maximum fine shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day that a violation of any provision of this chapter continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
