Upon approval of the application and upon the payment of the following fee of:
Mechanical amusement device | $ 20.00 per machine |
Juke box | 20.00 per box |
a license to display one mechanical amusement device or juke box shall be issued to the applicant. All licenses granted under the provisions of this section shall expire one year after date of issue. Such license shall entitle the licensee therein named to display at or upon the premises therein described one mechanical amusement device or juke box.
