§ 130.02 IMPERSONATING AN OFFICER.
   No person, not duly authorized to exercise the duty conferred by ordinance upon a police officer of the city, shall wear a police officer’s badge, or represent himself or herself as being a police officer, or attempt to exercise the duties of a police officer in the city.
