(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any parent, legal guardian, or person charged with the care and custody of a child who allows or permits said child to violate § 130.04 shall also violate this chapter. Upon a first conviction, said person shall, at a minimum, pay a fine in the amount of $20. Upon a second conviction, the fine shall be in the minimum amount of $40. Upon a third conviction, the fine shall be in the minimum amount of $80.
