§ 71.08 OBSTRUCTION OF OPERATOR’S VIEW PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to drive the same when there are, in the front seat of such vehicle, more than three adult persons, or when in any other manner it is so loaded so as to obstruct the view of the operator to the front or sides, or to interfere with the operator’s control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.
