It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle with any sign, poster, or other non-transparent material upon the front windshield, side wings, side, or rear windows of such motor vehicle other than a certificate, or other paper, required to be so displayed by law or other than temporary driving instructions placed thereon by the manufacturer. It shall also be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle with any object or gadget dangling between the view of the driver and the windshield of said vehicle.
