(A) (1) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(2) A violation of § 70.039 shall be punishable by a fine of up to $500.

(B) Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter and shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of $200, with the exception of violations of §§ 70.029, and 70.038. Violations of §§ 70.029, and 70.038 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of $500.
