§ 70.029 CARELESS DRIVING.
   It shall be unlawful, and it shall constitute careless driving, for any person to drive any vehicle upon any highway, street, or alley of the city carelessly and without due caution, at a speed or in a manner so as to endanger, or be likely to endanger, any person or property.
